8 weeks of gluten free, healthy ish eating- no fast food, no pop, no alcohol, more whole foods, less garbage food, exercise (started with 10 minutes of watching a you tube HIIT workout), vitamins, minerals and pro biotics
I had reduced my workload significantly and added in watching Bebe Krew every week as part of my new stress less, get it together life style.
Meditation and mindfulness was still not in my daily routine at this point.
I was feeling better but my digestion and mind/memory were still not optimal.
Dr Hart again suggested meditation and meeting with Tiffany or Sarah for work on my memory/ word issues. And he suggested I try Viome to get a gut microbiome analysis.
