About Me

I’m Jess Nilson, Broker/Owner of NORTH Realty, and I was born and raised in South Dakota. As a Realtor, my main goal is to make your life as easy as possible when buying and selling real estate.

I have completed specialized education as a licensed SD Real Estate Broker and certified SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). I chose real estate as my career because I love it. I find so much joy in meeting new people, checking out homes and businesses, and most importantly, helping people achieve their dream!

Fun Facts: I’m a crazy plant lady, I love rocks, I’m all for holistic living and I’m an adventurous cook!
